Our Ninja Turtles program gives 4 to 6 year olds a safe, fun first step into martial arts. Kids build listening skills, focus, coordination and confidence through active games and drills, all while making new friends.

Our Dragon Warriors program helps kids ages 7 to 11 build the confidence, focus and respect to succeed at school, at home and in the dojo. Students set goals, earn new belts and learn Combined Kenpo Karate from experienced instructors.

Bodyworks Martial Arts is officially approved by the New Hampshire Board of Education as a Learn Everywhere Program (LEP) provider. This means high school students can now transform their dedication to martial arts into tangible academic progress toward graduation.
