Ninja Turtles is your child's first step into martial arts at Bodyworks Martial Arts Training Center. This class is built just for 4, 5 and 6-year-olds, with short drills, active games, and plenty of encouragement to keep little ones moving, smiling, and learning. (Have a child 7 or older? Our Dragon Warriors program is built for ages 7 to 11.)
At this age, the biggest wins happen off the mat. Your child practices listening, watching, and following directions in a safe, structured class. Those are the same skills that help kids settle into preschool, kindergarten, and first grade.

A Safe, Encouraging Start
Every class is designed around how young children learn best. Kicking, stepping, jumping and obstacle courses build balance, coordination and body awareness, while our instructors celebrate effort and small wins so your child feels proud of what they can do.
Parents are welcome to watch from the seats along the mats, and short mat chats on focus, respect and self-control give your child something to bring home after every class. Bodyworks has been family-owned and family-focused since 1980, and it shows in how we treat our youngest students.
